Unfortunately there was a couple of missing items from the bed frame, however Jacqui was straight onto sorting it out and personally delivered them to me. I couldn't ask for anything more, the communication, the service, the care they provided is second to none. I would say it is honestly the best service I have ever received, anywhere. I feel like such a winner - I got a super solid bed and mattress for a great price, Jacqui was happy to arrange delivery at a time that worked for me and then she and Paul personally delivered AND fully installed everything.
