"Asked to purchase an item off the floor was told no, went back a couple of weeks later and they sold it off the floor to someone else. Poor service."

"Extremely disappointing experience with Eureka after care. Was given a defective product, dining room table and was told that it could be r eplaced but we had to pay the freight cost up to $250. Not the best after sales service I was expecting from such a reputable well known company. Will think twice about using them again"

"Disappointing experience for us unfortunately. We purchased what we thought was a beautiful, rustic, recycled timber table, a stool and 6 cane chairs, however what we received was a beautiful recycled timber table that had a 6inch long hole in the tabletop which had been 'patched' with a piece of different timber....not the table we expected and paid for! Customer Care have agreed to replace the table which is great, but we have to pay additional + extra delivery charges.....Not good customer relations Eureka!"
