"Would never ever recommend anyone to buy their products, I spent 3.5 grand on a battery operated lounge and didn’t last 2 years, one side of the lounge has completely stopped working. Their customer support never closed my ticket from last year MH31346S, after their second tech visit when the person mentioned to me he is waiting on some spares which never arrived for more then a year. Now the customer care says I am out of warranty. It’s Nick Scali’s responsibility to follow up and ensure all tickets are closed with customer satisfaction. Never received a follow up call or email. The worst customer experience company."

"Never again! 2x2 seater leather lounges. Ordered 1st August told 8 - 12 weeks. Staff at Tuggerah store were great as were the delivery guys. It is the Nick Scali system that I am giving the 1 star. Delivery was then going to be the 9th Dec but I was away so I let them know. Paid and booked delivery for the 13th Dec, paid full amount 1 week before this date, phoned and confirmed, sent an email to confim. Took the day off work! BUT on the Friday 9th received 2 text messages 2 hrs apart and then another one 30 minutes later saying that as I had not responded to the 2 texts that the delivery was now automatically changed to 2 days later. I did not have access to my phone at the time due to work and did not have a chance to reply. Called first thing on Monday morning to be told "that was the system" so I had to take the new date nothing could be done. Was then told I would still need to respond to the text that I would received sometime within 48hrs of the NEW delivery date. Asked can I just confirm now on the phone.... NO was the answer. Poor communication, lack of customer service and totally inflexible system with tech overkill is not acceptable when we are ALL busy. I do not live with my phone stuck to my hand. While waiting for 2 seaters I have since purchased other furniture items - 3 piece leather lounge from Supreme Furniture delivered in 4 days. Lamp, Hall Stand, Entertainment unit form Eureka, in stock and picked up on the day. Will only now purchase from businesses that have the stock in Australia and available to prompt delivery. Lets support the businesses that keep stock ready to sell! There are plenty of them around."
"Buyer beware! Myself and husband purchased a lounge at Nick Scali Tuggerah. We were told by the salesman that the lounge was in stock and would be delivered immediately. We decided to buy it on these grounds. And we also agreed to pay a deposit and the rest of owing payment on delivery of the Lounge. We then receive notification the lounge delivery would be delayed to the 16th November, now again to the 29th November and that had to be confirmed. So stating it was in stock after checking stating it was to us upon purchasing, was misleading to us. The worst part is we received a text today, weeks later after constant changing of delivery dates, a text from Nicki Scali stating we ‘have to pay in full’ for the lounge 48 hrs ‘before receiving’ it and then after that, Delivery will be confirmed. Do they think we are stupid? We will not be paying any money owed for our lounge until we ‘receive it ‘as per our purchasing agreement with the salesman’. Otherwise we would never have purchased it the lounge. Misleading and underhanded. We will go to the appropriate authorities, fair trading or the media if necessary - if they do not honour our agreement of paying on delivery. Nick Scali mislead us. The really silly part is we were going to purchase more from the, to furnish our Homes. If they treat customers in such a misleading and disrespectful manner they will not last,long. We bought retail expecting honest and good service. We have received the opposite from Nick Scali."
"We ordered a bed and paid 200+ for delivery and assembly. Three guys delivered the bed, but they told us that they couldn't assemble it because it is faulty, but they demanded that my wife she needs to pay. My wife was alone at home and just decided to pay, as long as a bed be replaced or fixed; 1 hour later, we received a text that the job had been completed and asked us to review them. Obviously, they didn't bother to report the issue and considered it a finished job. You can see how they left the bed in the attached photo. We had gotten rid of our old bed, and I had to fix it myself as they were not getting back to us. A few days later, we received the call that they were going to send someone to have a look when it was too late. Horrible quality and service. Just I would like to mention that this review comes by someone who has spent around $20K in this store in last 1.5 years."
