"Been back four times. First and second time, great, third time not that great but they were busy so we gave them one last chance. Fourth time, poor. Both pizzas not cooked properly, no truffle oil on the truffle oil pizza, and simply both pizzas were below average. Sorry, we won’t be back unless things improve"
"Best Pizza in Canberra by a long shot! Definitely worth stopping by for quick and friendly service. Parking can be difficult in Kingston however."
"Bit of a rare find that has kept me coming back for more since our first meeting. I'm in love with East Pizza - there I've said it! A big part of that comes down to them getting the basics right. There is nothing worse than getting a pizza that slops and slides all over itself and really feels more like an open burrito than an actual pizza. The bases at East are firm enough for you to pick up a slice and eat it without losing everything to the depths, but not so crispy that you feel like you're eating a big ol' sayo. The base sauce is also exactly how I like it, and the toppings (although I only go the mare monte week in week out cuz I'm a big prawn guy) always taste fresh as. Huge fan of what this organisation is doing and I wish them all the best looking ahead."
"Before becoming gluten free this was my absolute favourite pizza place. Reasonably priced for a standard pizza and always delicious while being considerate of allergies. But their gluten free option is a joke. The person taking my order said the pizza would be small and they recommend it’s only for one person. But the pizza that we picked up was the size you’d order for a small child, not enough food for an adult. $25 for a pizza that is the width of a baby’s spoon was absurd. So incredibly disappointing. Either the GF pizzas need to be significantly reduced in price, or put at least two of these in the box."
"The staff was perplexed and skeptical of my taste when I ordered their Bianca pizza and added potato and prawns, nevertheless I persevered in the name of slight inebriation. The result impressed even the previously disdainful woman, and came in under the price of most of the menu pizzas. Generous serve of prawns for $4! (Albeit low quality) if you're game to follow in my footsteps, ask for half the usual amount of rosemary - overpowers the prawns a bit."
