"It is mildly ok and that is putting it nicely. Ever since they have changed owners, this crust has taken a dive in terms of the quality of the pizzas that they produce. The service is ok, they are sometimes nice but mostly not very chatty at all or civil, rather just business like. The atmosphere of the restaurant is non existent. There were a few tables around the back that you could sit and eat your pizza with some friends but that was once again with the old owners. The new owners have likely just taken the back area for storage or something else and decided to not have anyone eat in which is distasteful. The new owners have had it for about a year now and I have avoided going since as I had two experiences from them when they took over and it was not good. Both of the pizzas were undercooked, giving mostly a doughy taste with a very white doughy appearance also. I tried them again just 3 nights ago and that experience led me to write this. They have not changed. They are still undercooked and low on toppings leaving a bland taste. Not only is the taste a bad prospect here but the price makes it extremely difficult to justify going here. We pay premium prices for a mediocre meal and that's not cool. It's almost $50 for two pizzas when I could make two for more than half that and probably taste better also. If you're looking for an original good crust pizza, I believe the City still does decent pizzas. I will be making the effort to go there next time and get my money's worth."

"The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. We put online order and chose to pick up from Kingston branch. When we went there , we had been told your order had been picked up by someone else. The staff delivered our order without checking the order number. The staff neither did apologise nor redelivery the order and not refund. I response to our request , we had been told calling the police!"

"The most rancid and disgusting branch ever. The girl behind the registers was so rude and uncooperative with us. She gave away our order to someone else and admitted that she didn’t confirm the order number with the other people. She then refused to give us a refund or simply remake the pizzas for us. Her manager wasn’t even in the store and she had to call him up. He refused to give us a refund and we left with no food. Never stepping foot in here again absolutely horrible."

"Mouldy garlic bread, not even going to risk consuming the pizza ordered with it as they don’t check the freshness and safety of their food. Disgusting and so disappointing"
