"I found the last manager to be rude so stopped shopping there,HOWEVER after finding out it was under new management I thought I would go in to see if the customer service had improved and buy a new jumper. The new manager served me today and not only was she super friendly and approachable, she was so helpful and made me feel like she genuinely loved her job and really wanted to help me pick out what colour jumper suited me . Very impressed and will definitely be going back there soon."
"Very rude manager talking to my wife on the phone and even rude when my wife went into the shop. My wife says you need to train your staff how to talk nicely and the manager didn't like it cause it was her if your going to talk rude to people you shouldn't be in customer service. And why have a website if their not going to have the balls to respond you shouldn't be in business."
"This chain of stores is rubbish the whole chain when you try and get a refund from them they just keep hanging up on you I will never shop at miller's again we been waiting for our goods prova 3 months now we went into this store in Armadale spoke to them and all they said to us was to ring their online service people and I can't speak English these online service people so what is the bloody use we won't be shopping at Millers and anymore and we were going to consumer affairs"
