"Lilly Jerome this happened to us just last week the exact same situation asked for a certain size and got home and been given the wrong size !! It was also the female staff member that created an argument about the whole situation and that we should have checked the box before we left the store and it was our own faults according to her! And it was t h e manager who gave us the wrong shoe size"
"Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff are EXTREMELY rude! Will never use, ever again. I suggest you read the other negative feedbacks given, as they are all just being honest with you and I am actually surprised there are not more. They refuse to do refunds and returns on shoes they consider "worn". So if you retry the shoes on at home or wear them in the home only to discover they are actually NOT a good fit after all (because you were rushed or talked into the wrong size by staff) or you've been given the wrong size by the staff member, this is considered "worn"... Staff member refused to even swap shoes, even though I had suggested I was given the wrong size in store - which was actually the truth of the matter. I also had a witness present who can confirm the shoe size I asked for, was not what I received. This was all explained and yet they still refused to trade them in for the correct sizing. I was not asking for a refund, simply the correct sizing as asked for. The "female" said they wanted to check the store footage and all sorts of crazy, that you would expect someone to do when they think you are lying or some sort of loser. She was also VERY defensive and aggressive straight off the mark. 0 customer service skills... behaving as though she was talking to uneducated trash. Just as the previous person who made a review, I am also taking the matter further now. The head office should rethink who they have representing their brand/company."
