"Absolutely disgusting customer service! went in wanting to try specific pair of doc martins on and waited over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged and another few minutes to be attended too asked about the boots I wanted to try on and mentioned that I will be buying a pair 60 eyelet pair of docs online and was immediately shut down and walked off on and told that she wouldn’t serve me if I was to but online yet would have still made a sale on the boots I was looking at! If I could give 0 stars I would seriously disgusted with the behaviour of the Older female staff member’s attitude 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
"Terrible customer service from a very rude store person. Having described a shoe that can be seen online the staff member blankly stated that she wouldn’t help us try on shoes because she couldn’t see herself to a sale. That’s not how you sell a $400 boot."
