"I went to this shop today. I didn't realise it's closing time. Lady at the shop didn't sound happy. She started to close door while I am still browsing. I felt it was really rude. She should have just told me that it's their closing time. I would leave. I felt like she tried to say go away with nonverbal communication. I felt offended.She maybe had a busy and tiresome day.
