Our store hours are designed to accommodate your busy schedule. We are open from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On Thursdays, we extend our hours until 8:00 PM. Saturdays are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Sundays, we open at 11:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM. Please note that we are closed on public holidays.
For your convenience, we also offer extended trading hours at our grooming salon. From Tuesday to Friday, we are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays, we open at 9:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM. Our grooming salon remains closed on Sundays and public holidays.
We value your time, which is why we offer early morning trading hours at our veterinary clinic. From Monday to Friday, our clinic opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 6:00 PM. On Saturdays, we open at 8:00 AM and close at 1:00 PM. Please note that our veterinary clinic is closed on Sundays and ANZAC Day.

"The young gentleman that served me was wonderful, Unfortunately when he approached another staff member to help find the item I was after even though it was 'in stock' online, She tried to push it aside and didn't really want to help and said it would be in boxes out the back and have to come back a few days later to check. Where as the young bloke wasn't happy with that so he went looking for me and found it. I give the young bloke 5 stars, I give the lady literally 1 making a customer feel like an inconvenience."
