"This was my local pharmacy for the last 5 years. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. When asked to price match they do their best and have found them to be the cheapest local for some of our scripts. The owner and pharmacist is very friendly and will make time to talk through options. Please note: They have been having technical issues re changes to details online since rebranding. But the phone number is now correct."
"Amcal advertised a product and their website directed me to Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre. This Amcal does not exist anymore and has changed hands. The people there even told me they are continually getting people going in for click and collect even though they have told those in control they no longer are Amcal.The product was $9 more expensive and the chemist would not discount. Very poor Amcal management and please don’t blame COVID-19 for your poor performance and lack of management. It was a 40km round trip as well which did not make me happy. I will no longer trust Amcal advertising. One very disgruntled ex-customer"
"Went this morning at 9 for some passport photos, the lady at the counter said she can't take photos and I should wait another hour. I inquired the reason and she said I can take the photos but they don't have enough staff. For the love if God put it in your website."
