"Had a horrible experience this morning with a very rude and bitter lady at the service bay just after opening. Dee is her name as I was told by another staff member. She was extremely rude, most unhelpful and unable to process a basic return. She gave me a store credit without asking me if it was okay as she assumed I didn’t have a receipt, she didn’t even ask me. Then when I asked why she couldn’t put the money back on my card she claimed I didn’t have a receipt, which I did, and that she couldn’t undo the store credit easily. She pressured me multiple times to take the store credit even after I said I’d like a refund back onto my card. For someone who’s at the service bay, her attitude and demeanour was despicable. She should be behind doing stock where she has no customer interaction. Thanks for the bitter start to my day."

"Lucky to walk through this beautiful new kmart in the morning before it was too busy. A nice familiar and spacious layout with most items in stock. Bought mainly kitchen upgrades today. Thanks to the bamboo draw storage my kitchen draw looks organised. Plenty to look at, friendly staff, hand sanitizer available on entry. The payment line moved through quickly too!"
