"I was greeted with a friendly warm welcome and a lovely staff member called Nikki asked me what I needed/wanted. She spent ages searching for suitable shoes for me and advised on insoles. I have plantar fasciatis, but an ankle injury too. She was so patient and gave excellent customer service. Even better that my chosen shoes were buy one get one half price. Thanks a million Nikki. You are a gem!"
"I recently bought a couple of pairs of boots from Williams at Whitfords City. The only staff member working at the time was amazing - trying to serve everyone at once then went to no end of trouble to get me a smaller size for one of the boots from another store. Cannot recommend their fabulous service highly enough - and the boots were great too!"
