"I booked an appointment for my husband Aaron on the 11th of Jan 2023 because his normal doctor was not available. It was the biggest mistake encouraging my husband to go that day. The only star is for the receptionist who was so lovely after our experience with Dr Van Nguyen this afternoon. I am still in shock over witnessing Dr Van Nguyen display such poor people skills. I don't care that you called me a stalker not once but 3 times as I walked with my husband into your office. I absolutely care about the fact you told my husband he needed to get a new job because ‘concreting and paving is not an interesting job to do with your life’ and yes those were his exact words which is really sad! Dr Van Nguyen would ask questions and not let my husband answer because Dr Van Nguyen would cut him off when he was trying to speak. I appreciate Gwen’s review of he is definitely the type of Doctor who tells you what you do not want to hear. I also appreciate his privilege of being a doctor so he feels that it gives him the power to say whatever he wants and class it as medical advice. What I don't appreciate is Dr Van Nguyen belittling my husband about his occupation and that he needs to do something more interesting with his life. My husband and I walked out speechless like in complete shock we just saw a medical professional to receive insults. And now I know exactly why Dr Van Nguyen was the only doctor in all of Caboolture/Morayfield with so many appointments readily available on the app. I would highly recommend people in our community to wait and see a Doctor who demonstrates some empathy, compassion and basic active listening skills. I also hope you read this review and reflect on your how you can improve your professional practice in the future because no one should have to experience what we did that day. Mrs Steinger"

"Since becoming a full billing practice, I have been basically told to go away and not come back, as I have a pension card and am no longer bulk billed. Fine, I'll go,but considering I have been a patient at the clinic since 2017, why is there no offer to transfer my medical records? My new doctor knows nothing about me, yet is expected to carry on my care with zero information. And don't get me started on my TPD claim which my doctor has had, incomplete for 2 years, which cost me a loss of about $70K. Just useless and an indictment for private, commercialised medicine."
