"I've seen Dr Lawson 3 times, he is caring, gentle, and very willing to talk and explain what's going on. I'd recommend him to anyone! I absolutely did not feel that it was a "money grab", he was fantastic!!"
"They went absolutely above & beyond to help us & our daughter today. Honestly so grateful for their help. Truly amazing people"
"Very thorough and caring. I have been going to this practice for some years and was very disappointed when my Doctor left. I considered going elsewhere (my wife saw a different Doctor and was not happy). However I heard they had a new Doctor and made an appointment. He is great. Did a biopsy of dry skin on my arm which turned out to be a melanoma. Dr Kemp removed it and they wound is very neat, almost plastic surgeon level. Definitely recommended."
"Both husband and I went, use to love them, then they changed. Third visit disliked them which was 4 yrs ago, thought we would give them another chance. Worse mistake ever! Not thorough, doctor was RUDE, SUPER QUICK, Hubby had to ask and remind him to look and do stuff. I think he missed out on his lunch or nap. He was just AWFUL. We are putting in formal complaint to ombudsman just AWFUL! Don't go! Only about the $$$ Staff, gorgeous, Dr was HORRIBLE PERSON! No respect for ex Vets either, would not give us a report fo DVA when requested."
"Terrible. 1. The doctor was not thorough with me and missed 2 moles. When my wife went she was given a back and front image of a body to mark where some moles of concern were located. I was not given this, and forgot about them at the time. I would have remembered if given the diagram. 2. I had one mole that they wanted to biopsy, which they did, by shaving it completely off, which is fine, but then the "nurse" - if she really was a nurse - taped cotton wool over the wound, instead of applying a proper sterile dressing! Needless to say, it became infected, and a week later, it still is and causing a lot of pain. My wife is a student nurse and she laughed at this, and said why didn't they use a proper dressing?! My dad who worked in pathology was speechless at this stupidity. His comment was " What !!!!!!! Just a piece of cotton wool --taped on.. Did she think she was taking blood. That is disgusting !!" When they called me back with the results, they said it was all fine, just a normal benign mole, but the doctor would like me to "go in and have a chat with me about it". Obviously this is just a grab for more Medicare money unnecessarily. I said no, I'm not coming in, if he wants to talk to me then he can call me "oh we can't discuss anything over the phone" - what a load of rubbish. They charged me $126.25 for this non-thorough unprofessional, medically negligent waste of time. (Edit) It's now 10 days later and the wound us still Infected, so I thought id mention that if they had cut it out instead (LIKE I REQUESTED) then it would have healed by now. But no, he insisted in doing a shave biopsy. I wonder why."
