"When purchasing from your store last night the sales assistant asked for my email address for the receipt, I asked for a hard copy and I was flat out told no we email receipts and can't provide a hard copy, I hesitantly gave my email address and very clearly asked not to be signed up for or sent marketing emails and the receipt only, I was then assured that I would not be signed up to anything.. A few hours later I am receiving 'welcome to cheeky rewards program'. The products here are nice and I've always enjoyed shopping at bras and things but I am so annoyed and disappointed that I was straight up lied to and deceived all for a kpi."

"The lovely lady who helped me today was fantastic! I tried on soo many and she was patient and very helpful. One of the bras I tried on that I loved, they didn't have in my size, she was nice enough to write down the details and the stores on/ near the north side and on the sunshine coast that had them in my size. I usually dread bra shopping but this lovely left me feeling happy and satisfied, even though I couldn't get everything I wanted. Thank you for your amazing service!"

"Terrible customer service I have ever experienced with Bras n Things! All stores I have been, purchase or not, lovely customer service. However, store at Chermside is a whole different experience. Younger ladies were sweet. But the older lady with red hair was so rude. She had attitude toward me and my friends when we asked for assistance with sizes. Also made fun of my name when she tried to looked up my name as I have membership with B n T. Wonder if we got treated like that because we were the only Asian customers at that time? Should I address this as racism act? Or your failure in training your staff? Everyone has a bad day sometimes. But if she didn't want to be at work then maybe she should have stayed home that day."

"I normally have a good experience with this store but today they were super rude when my partner went in by himself trying to buy me something nice as a surprise. I am a 8DD and I have bought plenty of things from here before… When my partner asked if they had anything in my size they straight up said “no we don’t have anything in that size at all”. Didn’t even offer to look it up in the system & order it in my size and didn’t offer an alternative size (such as an 10D), they didn’t not offer him any help whatsoever and were rude about… Feel sorry for the men that come in to this store trying to buy something nice for girls."
