TK Maxx Chermside

"New layout for registers might save space but is a bit difficult when you have a lot of items. I wish the seasonal items would all be grouped together (ie Halloween!) but overall you can't beat the quality & prices."

"I am VERY biased when it comes to TK Maxx as I have never been more addicted to a retailer in my life! The chermside branch is my local store, so I frequent it weekly! The new renovations have further expanded the store and my shopping experience. I find a lot of great things here comparitively to other TKMaxx stores! (And i've shopped quite a number of them across the country!)"

"I LOVED this store before the refurb and drove 30 minutes to go to it. Such a shame it has changed it was perfect before! What used to be an enjoyable and relaxing shopping experience now feels confined. I could spend hours wandering the isles with the old layout, this layout does not work."

"I was a frequent customer, weekly sometimes more! Was excited about the new refurb, but it's re opened and it's horrible. There is no flow to the shop, half the amount of stock, and it's just yuck.. Suppose I'll have to venture to the Airport or Morayfield. Super dissapointed about our Chermside store."

"Came in here with my friend on Wednesday to shop for home goods, went to check out and was met with a very rude young lady from what i can remember her name was maddy or maddison ( girl with pink hair) She seemed very annoyed when we went to check out our items and even made a point of saying that all of her co workers had gone on a break and rolled her eyes at us, we were extremely apologetic as we did have much a large amount of items but she didn’t seem to care for us, Started loading all of our items into the trolleys to take them to our car in the carpark which she then said “the trolleys lock at the door” after we had more than half of our order organised into them she then said i can get someone else to take them out for you (god forbid she could help) and then another very lovely girl help us take them out. Very disappointed with this experience especially since we shop here very often."
