"Kitty cat has been happy with her stays, staff are mostly lovely. Juno tends to eat too quickly and throw up, so they split her feeds. I would definitely get the bigger room if your cat is staying longer than 1 night, the cozy condo is quite small. Deluxe is floor to ceiling with a big window, but still not a huge space. My kitty is a very active and social Burmese and she has come back happy after 4 nights/5 days. There is very large indoor play area they are let out into twice a day, so I wouldn't have her stay longer as its not enough exercise for her. Online booking is easy and its a convenient location, but sadly they are not open on Sundays or public holidays, which makes it difficult to organize stays sometimes."
