"Well one happy customer here. I went in for advice today as my fish were dying and I wanted some new ones. I took some of the water with me. It was tested for free and I was told exactly how to fix the levels and to wait a little bit and get it retested before I buy some new fish !!!! Thank you so much Emily and Kris for helping me and thank you from my future fish !! :)"

"Attempted to buy 2x gold fish. After a 20 question interrogation, like I've tried to do something illegal, my kids are told the fish we have will die a horrble death (a quick google says not). Ended up not getting anything. Could have been handled quite a lot better."

"I normally love these guys, but the new staff they have put on need an education on etiquette. I waited in line for 8 minutes (noone was in front of me) several staff members walked past with no eye contact and, no acknowledgement, when there was a person to serve me, the girl asked a staff member if she can use her register and they had a very indepth conversation about a product, I didn't get any acknowledgement such as "I won't be a moment" while I stood in front of them waiting to be served and listening to there conversation for another 5 minutes. I know those times seem a little short, and I had the time to spare, but an acknowledgement to your customers is still a polite thing to do if you are in customer service."

"Large variety, spacious store with abundance of space for car parking. Being next door to a vet is an advantage. Store is almost always well stocked and staff are friendly and helpful. Being a member helps with slight discounts in prices plus the ability to look up your purchases in case you need to return or exchange an item."

"Stopped in to get advice on my peach face love birds. Staff were happy to listen and offer advice. Suggested I use their online vet chat which I intend on using to get further advice on my pet birds as there is video call available and saves me stressing birds out by physically taking them to a vet. There is a neat range of goodies for all types of pets (bought my cat a cute feeding dish which is flat to avoid whisker fatigue!)."
