"I regularly go to this chemist and have never had an issue since today. Staff are always nice and helpful but a young man served me on the registers who I haven’t seen before and he was very blunt and disrespectful, I used cash and once the sale was complete he threw the cash in my hand, I corrected him on his disgusting behaviour was not at all impressed! Someone needs to teach this boy some manners and customer etiquette."

"I have never had bad service from here ever the girls are amazing until I was served by a young man today who not only threw my script across the counter and then my tablets also across the counter at me grrrrrrr. He should take lessons from the girls in there he might learn some manners and how to serve customers nicely. He was very rude. Definitely doesn't have people skills. The ladies have exceptional service you need to be retrained by them to see how it's done."

Nat belittled the customer in-front of me reducing them to tears, with roughly 4 or 5 other customers as witness. It was hard to watch and everyone was visibly uncomfortable. Nat is nothing but an angry ogre on a power trip, management, do your job and fire her."
