"I didn’t catch her name and it wouldn’t show her name on the receipt but the blonde girl with lash extensions who was on registers at around 2-3pm on 16/02/23 was such a vibe. She was absolutely so sweet and talkative and just treated me like a friend. She updated my details to make it easier for me and had such a bubbly, positive attitude. Her customer service as amazing and I really enjoyed my experience here thanks to her!!!"
"Worst customer service! I was in the store for a solid 30mins trying to work out which make up would be best for me and not a single person even said hello, they were standing right beside us having a conversation amongst themselves, even stood infront of the make up I was trying to look out without saying a word to me and couldn’t even spare a “hello” or “do you need help” I work in customer service myself and have done retail so totally get being exhausted by the end of the day but at least acknowledge someone entering your store & if you don’t enjoy conversing with customers or helping them out.. perhaps get a different job. Multiple staff members but not one of them gave me the time of the day.."

"The girl at the register with the short, dyed blonde hair (didn’t catch her name) deserves a raise. She was incredibly friendly and warm towards me. I was at the Kippa Ring priceline a few weeks ago and girl at the register there was very annoyed and seemed to be in a bad mood so this was a stark difference. All the rest of the staff were really lovely and the store was clean and well stocked"
