That's why our friendly reception team is here to guide you and match you with the best counsellor for your specific needs. We offer flexible appointment options, including daytime, evening, and Saturday appointments, as well as video counselling for your convenience.

We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly practice, and you're welcome to bring your children with you. Infants are even welcome to join the counselling session, while older children are supervised by our reception team in the waiting area. We provide toys and books to help them feel at ease, and we make great coffee for the adults!

We understand that affordability is important, and we will discuss the costs of counselling during your initial call. Our fees vary based on the therapist's level of experience and profession, and we offer concession rates for Health Care Card holders on limited days and times. Payment is required on the day of your appointment, and we process Medicare and Private Health rebates on the spot.
