I booked a package in Southland store but it was not linked on my online account, so everytime I book a treatment, they will look for my invoice, ask when I book my package etc., and I cant book on other branch, total hassle! I have been calling a lot of times, they said they will fix it but when I book another appointment, same thing happens. Improve your system!"

"My recent laser experience at this clinic ended up causing me a painful burn on my thighs which I had to receive LED treatment for in addition to medication. My skin was red, tender, and sore for a week and I could not apply any form of friction to it. I filed a complaint to head office two weeks ago and STILL have not heard back from them despite them confirming to have seen my complaint and choosing to ignore it. I am unhappy with the lack of customer service and recklessness from this clinic."

"Hit & Miss Hello! I booked in for laser for underarms, bikini and half lower legs. The staff are always lovely and I feel comfortable here however I unfortunately had a bad experience where my legs were severely burned which caused severe red, inflamed, wounded areas and 10/10 unbearable itch (was unable to sleep more than 2 hours). I used prescription cortisone, anti inflammatories and anti histamines for (currently) 4 days and I don’t anticipate recovery for at least another 2-3 weeks. I’m crossing my fingers the area does not scar and it’s my complete lower half legs. The staff are lovely however need to be careful with: - Checking client medical history prior to treatment - Adjusting settings to suit individual skin/hair needs including adjusting settings for different areas - Taking reported reactions seriously - Making reimbursements of pre paid treatments possible on site or at the very least, arrange transfer immediately once agreed - Being extremely careful of any treatment recommendations if not qualified to give this advice i.e. recommending urgent LED treatment whilst client is using cortisone as it could have detrimental affects on the skin even further My tips! Please please be careful on trusting others with your skin, ensure they adjust settings to your skin and hair type, please report any reactions immediately and ensure they are taken seriously, research all treatments and recommendations, and advocate for yourself! Your skin is so important to look after! X"
