"The burgers were awful. The bun fell apart almost immediately when eating it. They got the burger wrong the first time so they had to do it again. But it was still wrong. The chips were cold and soggy. This place used to be good but now since the new owners took over it is awful. Never going back again"
"We use to love eating here but recently have had some bad experiences. The last time we ordered we received RAW chicken and items missing. After waiting an hour and a half for the order my breastfeeding wife started eating her chicken buger. After having some of the chicken we noticed it was raw chicken and then she had to force herself to throw it up. We ordered through DoorDash and called the store once we noticed the raw chicken and missing items. The store was so unprofessional. They confirmed that the items we were missing were sitting there and they said they didn't want to make excuses but they have new staff. They said the manager was busy and to just get a refund through DoorDash. After fighting with DoorDash support for over 30 minutes we ended up getting a refund. Raw chicken is extremely dangerous and they did not offer to make a replacement or anything, didn't even ask if we wanted to pick up the items we were missing, just told us to contact DoorDash. After 2 hours we sat there still hungry wondering to ourselves why we bothered getting takeaway... In Summary: Wait time to long. Missing items. Raw chicken. Poor customer service."
"I rate this place highly because it's rare to come across a takeaway shop that's burgers aren't all over $20 and they certainly compare quality wise if that's the argument. Ive simply never had an issue with the food quality so I think 1 stars based on uber orders are obviously unfair on the chef's and workers. The real reason I keep coming back is for the toppers!!"
"Ordered over the phone Snapper $11.90 for a small fillet covered in way too much salt and over cooked! Told it would be ready in 30 minutes Got there 30 minutes later and my order was sitting in the order pad forgotten Had to wait for my order Asked for a few chips for the inconvenience and error Got my order of cold fish with an apology and no chips! Guess they're not THAT SORRY AT ALL!!! Never going back as they obviously could not care less about the customer experience...!"
"Your paying a little bit extra than your standard aussie takeway shop here but i think its value for money with the quality. Usually busy for dinner so worth ordering ahead. Ordered a Frying Nemo Fish Burger (Fish fillet, lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese, tartare) and a serve (6) of calamari. $17.80"
