"We decided to go to this cafe 63 as it is usually very quick with service. However, it had been over half an hour without anyone coming to take our orders even after we had said we had wanted to order. It had gotten to an hour since being here and we had still not received our food. My family and I needed to leave for work and school. We told this to the staff and they insisted we were the next ones to receive our food. About 15 minutes had gone past and we still have not received our food whereas other tables who had ordered way after us had.Then we decided to ask for our meals to be put in take away containers. And that took and extra 10 minutes. The food is soggy and cold. The communication skills between staff as well as between customers and stuff is non existent. We definitely won’t be back."
"I host my events at this cafe as it has a large open space room inside that holds about 30 people who can sit at a long table and able to move around. They have a large menu and lots of variety for everyone including coffee and alcohol. The atmosphere is ok, nothing fancy, basic but clean. The location is central and easy to find, plus close to where I live."
