"The worst experience with shoes ever. I was excited to buy some shoes for day to day, I asked the saleswoman how about the shoes that I liked and she told me that they were very good, that she had them and that they are very comfortable, I told her that if they gave of themselves because I have wide feet and she told me that in few days they would adapt to the foot and it wasn't like this, when I use them I arrive at home so tired, with so much pain in the foot. I tried to use them with templates shoes and still nothing. Rather interested in selling than satisfying customer needs. And what makes me angry is that the policy they have does not provide any solution. Really disappointing."

"I got my shoes 4 months ago and all the stitches came off! I sent photos and my receipt to their online customer service and they want me to take the shoes to the store for assessment! What else do you want. I have already sent you 3 photos. People have busy lives and job to attend! Bad quality, I will never buy again from this place. I could buy a niki for the same price."
