After twice responding to appt confirmations sent from store, I travelled to Carindale, waited in store, and was then told the 3D My Fit was “temporarily not working today”. I happened to be in Carindale next day so returned to store only to be told the 3D My Fit had actually “been out of order for a while”. Why offer a service which isn’t actually available? Why waste customer’s time with repeat appt confirmation requests for an appt that you have no intention keeping?"

"I can't imagine a sales person less interested in actually helping someone. Mind you at least they spoke to me .. 2 of the 5 shoe stores I visited said literally nothing. But when I told the sales person that I didn't really want to spend more than $200, he shut down and told me to try "somewhere else". I'm sorry that my $200 isn't enough to inspire your staff to help me"
