"Today I went to this establishment with my mother while she tried on clothes for my grandmas birthday luncheon. I was shocked and disgusted at the way my mum was treated. The 2 ladies that were working at the time, one old and one a bit younger, were extremely rude. First they made multiple comments about my mothers weight. She is a bigger woman but nowhere near the size of the average Sussan shopper. The 2 staff members then proceeded to make snide comments about the colours choices my mum was making. As my mum was going up to pay I overheard the ladies working making extremely rude comments about another customers speech impediment. The young lady looked to be in her early 20's and was in a blue jumpsuit. She obviously struggled with a learning impairment of some kind and to hear the 2 employees of the store making derogatory comments like 'who left the door of the zoo open?' and 'virgin alert!' was absolutely horrible and shocking to me. The poor girl left with tears welling up after clearly overhearing what they had said. I hope you take the time to read this and train your staff to be better employees. Love, Mark"
