It's about Best & Less or Big W standard these days and there's already plenty of offerings in that market space. IMHO this is a marketing boo-boo Rockmans. "I bought 3 jumpers from Rockmans and they all stretched in 2 wears even before washing. When I went to Carindale for some other shopping, I walked past Rockmans so I decided to let them know.i was not expecting a refund or exchange and I did not take my jumpers. The lady was so rude and was not ready even to listen. She replied firmly and arrogantly that she sold a lot of them. I was very disappointed with her behaviour than my purchase. Second experience was 2 weeks later. She did not remember me. I tried a white dress but did not buy. 10 min later I realised I lost my diamond earring. I quickly ran to the shop to check it out. It was 5:20pm and certainly she was not happy to check it out. She said that the dressing room is all cleaned up and vacuumed. I insisted if I can check anyway. I walked into the room to find the earring right in front of my eyes. I thanked the dodgy vacuum cleaner to myself and walked out. Well after this, I wouldn't dare to shop there."
