"Worst customer service experience ever in this store on Tuesday. There’s a very unwelcoming, awkward, “cold”, disinterested, basically rude and unwilling staff member. Exchanged a gift for something I don’t even really like purely to just get out of there. Will most definitely never be back - Lorna Jane brand and culture has obviously changed a lot over the years and most definitely not for the better!"

"My mum had a very disappointing experience in this store this morning. She went in to buy a present for a family member but because she doesn’t fit the “Lorna Jane vibe” ie 25 years old and a size 8, she was ignored by the two staff members working. Other customers were greeted nicely but my mum was ignored until someone begrudgingly approached her. By then she’d had enough and left. (for reference my mum would fit into the clothing, it would not be unreasonable to think she was buying for herself). So they missed out on a sale and by the looks of things this is not an uncommon occurrence, judging by other reviews. If customer service is your job and you can’t be bothered doing that, what is the point? May as well have self service checkouts."

"I went to the store today for the first time in about a year. I found a pair of pants I wanted to try on. There were two people serving at the checkouts with customers, but failed to see me standing there wondering if I can walk through and try on, or whether I need to speak to them. They were not versatile enough to be aware if what is going on in the surroundings of the store. When I decided to purchase the pants the same customers were still being served. There was another customer also waiting. The two assistants again showed a lack of awareness of the queue forming. One assistant was going back into the store to find more clothes for the serving customer while the other assistant stood there asking about the persons day. Like who cares. I stood at the checkout for 10 mins waiting to be served and no sense of urgency by either assistant and they were very slow and lacked awareness. I had a baby with me and my family took the baby out of the store because it was taking so long, and as 10 mins went by the shop assistant looked out the door to the crying baby and I said “they are with me, I am in a hurry!”. She didn’t even try to work fast! Not happy and will never shop there again ."
