H2O Hand Car Wash

"Asked them to clean inside & outside. Initially i was told $65 for seven seater and then promoted to $95 for superior wash to clean inside dashboard and door’s inside. Basically $65 cover only vacuum inside and outside wash. I chose $95 superior wash for thoroughly inside clean. It was completely wasted. Nothing was cleaned properly inside except vacuuming. When i pointed out these things they just bring a rug and wipe it. Find it hard and annoying to point out each area they left uncleaned as they really don’t want to see by themselves unless i point out. Some outside areas were left uncleaned as well. End up paying in full without any solution or apology. Will not recommend them to anyone. Totally disgusting and wastage of time and money."

"Paid $130 for clean inside and out. Took 2 hours. Great vacuuming inside the little nooks under the seats. Wash was good. Not sure what they used to clean inside the car but the polish was very slippery on the steering wheel. Wheel slipped a few times while turning the wheel. Had some sort of residue left on it. The dark glass bits on the outside of the car on the doors has smudges on it. And the side mirrors weren’t cleaned properly. Not sure what was used to clean the car but now my car smells like the baby change rooms in the shops. I’ve tried to air the car out. Partner watched them clean and they used the same rag throughout the whole clean."

"Would not recommend to anyone. Had given my car for complete clean inside out and they left all the door jamb dirty as it was. When I asked them why were the door jamb not cleaned, they said the door jambs are not included in the normal inside out cleanimg option. There were only 2 guys working on Sunday and were just lazy to do their job properly. They also did not vaccum properly leaving the door pockets as they were with all dirt and rubbish. Complete waste of my money."

"Booked a day before for a superior but end up doing the express detail. Sandeep was very polite over the phone and text messages. Responsive and was friendly when I arrived the next day. Explained the differences between superior and express detail and decided to try express detail. This is not on their website. A pretty good job. Only part missed is behind the back seat as the boot cover was hanging off it. Probably have to tell them to remove all detachable parts so all areas are thoroughly cleaned. Would say it’s was quite well done but then I am the first car in that day. Ask questions and explain requirements and check if all are done as required before leaving the place to be fair to them."
