Our range of services includes a series of tasks recommended by your vehicle's manufacturer. From oil and oil filter replacement to a full brake check, battery condition report, fluids top-up, and comprehensive safety check, we cover it all. If you're a new Mitsubishi vehicle owner, we also offer a special service due within the first 1500kms/2 months of ownership.
Please note that if you're booking on a Friday, availability for the upcoming Monday and Tuesday may be limited. We recommend calling us to confirm availability.
When it comes to parts and accessories, we only use Genuine Mitsubishi Parts, which are covered by a 12-month/20,000km Factory Warranty. Similarly, Genuine Accessories are covered by a 36-months/130,000km warranty if fitted prior to delivery or 12-months/20,000km (or the balance of 36 months/130,000km) if fitted after delivery.

"Wed 26.7.23 I called Berwick SERVICE department today and spoke to (Will ) I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received. I was enquiring about some after market products/ service items and not only was he keen to help with every query I had, he went above and beyond in having the patients to slowly talk me through things I did not understand. "This is a long overdue review for my exceptional experience with Berwick Mitsubishi, a car service center that truly stands out for their professionalism, commitment to customer care, and exceptional service. When my Mazda developed a mechanical fault, I brought it to Berwick Mitsubishi for service. Despite being unable to pinpoint the problem, they showed great dedication and persistence, and even sent the car to other Mazda dealerships for further diagnosis. Thanks to their hard work and ownership of the issue, they were able to resolve the issue with the torque converter, something that even the Mazda dealerships failed to do. One dealer even suggested that the engine (which had nothing to do with the transmission) to be replaced at a cost of $8.5k! Throughout the process, they provided exceptional service, loaning us a 7-seater vehicle for the entire time at no cost, and in the end, we had almost zero out of pocket cost which would have been at least 5 grands somewhere else. For clarification, the car was bought from them with a protection plan (extended warranty). I can't thank their team, including Luke, Steve, and Andrew, enough for their hard work and dedication to getting the job done right. What I appreciate most about Berwick Mitsubishi is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I understood the work being done. They are transparent, honest, and truly care about their customers' safety and satisfaction. It's worth noting that there were some communication issues as they were busy and understaffed, and it was sometimes difficult to reach them by phone. However, I understand that these are common issues in the industry, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication in the face of these challenges. Despite some negative stereotypes about car dealerships, Berwick Mitsubishi exceeded my expectations and provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this car service center to anyone looking for exceptional service and care for their vehicles.
