"I’m giving one star not for the purchase of my car or the ongoing support I have received, that deserves a 5 star but I have put one star for the service I received from Dana whilst dropping off my car for a part replacement at the Hyundai service desk, I walked in at 7:50am and wasn’t even greeted, Dana asked if I had my car booked in with MG in quite an aggressive tone, I said yes and handed her my keys, whilst waiting for her to find my paperwork she became frustrated and aggravated because she couldn’t find my paperwork, she was very unprofessional and said to her coworkers “she’s not my bloody customer! I don’t have her paperwork!” Right in front of me, it was very unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable, she then said my name wrong and didn’t even apologise or acknowledge me when I corrected her, I have had multiple interactions with Dana that has made me feel uncomfortable every time and she has been unprofessional in every interaction I’ve had with her. She needs to be taken off customer service."
"Upon arrival to drop my car off for a 50 km service, I was greeted by Danny, great guy with extensive knowledge as a mechanic. Service was very quick and prompt and the courtesy car was ready to go. I have asked him to keep me in the loop if there is any issues which he did. Given that I do not have any background as a mechanic, Danny was fantastic called me and explained to me the issues picked up by the mechanics and able to explain to me in simple words the reason these issues needed to be addressed. After 5 years of having the car, I had to change my battery, hydraulic brake flushed and fuel injectors flushed for better performance, also installed new wipers blades at a cheap costs. Outstanding customer service, my car feel like new again after I bought it 5 years ago. Best of all, my dirty car was washed and vacuumed upon pick up. Again pick up of my car was prompt, car was ready and Danny explained to me what has been done and walk me to my car. I did not spend more than 10 minutes and was in a rush as had to pick up the kids. The service done and costs were value for money after I have called multiple mechanics to get quotes. Could not be happier with Hyundai and I feel valued as a customer. Well done Danny, I will definitely recommend berwick Hyundai to friends and family."
