"Excellent experience with Tim and Tania's shop. Took my X5 in with an oil leak and vibrations that a previous "BMW specialist" had multiple attempts to fix, and most likely contributed to. Tim replaced the oil filter housing as it had been cracked at the bolt hole and was the source of the leak. He replaced an engine mount and a transmission mount (that the previous specialist had replaced with a lower quality part). He removed the engine intake and diagnosed + rectified an incorrect setup of the vacuum switch for the engine mounts. Again, likely a fault of the previous shop. He also diagnosed and advised on a few other faults that will need addressing. I received a very long invoice which Tania outlined to me, and Tim showed me my failed parts and explained what had occurred. At the end of the invoice was a very large price total. That's because I choose to drive a 10 year old German car, and Tim chooses to fix things properly, the first time, using quality parts. My car was at the shop for just under a week, and Tim booked less than 9 hours of labour at a rate lower than the previous shop that contributed to the state of the vehicle. If you're chasing cheap repairs don't take your car here, because they want to do the job right. If you have a BMW and want quality work done to it, you should spend less time on google and more time listening to Tim. Appreciate your service guys, will see you again when the time comes. Cheers"

"Honestly I cant hold Tim and the team at Berwick Motor Works in any higher regard. One of, if not THE best mechanic I have ever came across. On multiple occasions, I was unsure of some liquid my car was dripping and a sound my car was making. He took no charge to thoroughly check up on my BMW X5 F15, and let me know if there was anything for me to keep an eye on. He did not charge me a single cent, even on a weekend. This is a reflection of this mans honesty, professionalism and work ethic. I highly recommend you to bring your car to Berwick Motor Works for all your vehicular needs."

"AVOID. Failed my RWC for 'sandblasting' of the windscreen. Checked with a VicRoads safety engineer who confirmed this was not a rejectable issue, he even told the inspector that on the phone and he still refused to pass it. Nothing wrong at all with the windscreen. Had to book in again elsewhere leaving me even longer without a car. Absolute muppet."
