Reviews
"I have been to a few GyG’s and experienced beautiful and exceptional service and food. But this GyG is just so subpar and disappointing each time and I am kind of tired of it. Like, I am not sure if they even care to read these reviews and improve. Some of the most laziest workers I have ever witnessed and I say this as someone who has worked in hospitality and visited many other stores. They spend more energy and time gossiping than they do preparing the food and providing customer service with many leaving in friendship groups for breaks and leaving only two staff on during busy periods because the most important thing is the new piece of gossip. Like they will not even cater to any dietary requirements and food requests an hour-and-a-half before closing because they can’t be bothered cooking new preps, rather just serving food prepared hours earlier, shrivelled and dried by the heat as a skin forms over it. It’s not the problem of being understaffed, it’s an issue of being over staffed with incompetent workers and negligent leadership. I appreciate it’s a hard job but at least put in some energy in trying to do it on some respectable level."
"I ordered 2 sets of tacos, fries and chipotle mayo (uber eats). I received the tacos with lettuce and cheese and just a little bit of filling. I did not received guacamole for my veggie taco; tacos were cold already. I received half of the portion of fries (cold) and half of the chipotle mayo. The chipotle mayo came inside the cup of the fries (as in the picture)So disappointed, would never buy again."
"I ordered a salad with meat and they gave me a frozen salad, with ice and meat. there is ice all over the salad . That’s terrible how can they give food like that"
"I ordered a breakfast burrito here this morning 12/06/23 and when I say I am outraged to see what I saw. I ordered my burrito without egg as it makes me feel sick thankfully this is not an allergy because these staff do not care. I watched as they made my burrito and saw them put the hand full of egg on it then finally read the instructions but instead of throwing it away and starting over they just scooped off the egg and put it back into the container then continued to make my food. I handed it back telling them that I can’t eat egg and told the staff member what I saw the cook do she rolled her eyes and got her to remake the burrito I then again watched as they unwrapped the previous one and transferred the contents into a new wrap. To top it off when I got Haneda that burrito the staff member was rude and not only that but the chorizo was burnt and the tortilla was stale. By far the worst experience yet."
"The chicken taco I ordered was hideously dry. However the barumundi was really moist & that's what I will order next time. My friend said her salad was about a 5 out if 10. Water 10 minutes for the order. Quite busy."
