"Apparently cannot give zero stars. How unfortunate. We needed a couch for our open home staging. We were promised 3 weeks maximum for delivery of a floor stock couch. The three weeks came and went, and the floor stock was still on their floor. Not on ours. We needed said couch for our open home, so we had to buy another from a different shop. They had floor stock, which we took home. There was zero communication from Nick Scali that they couldn't deliver on the agreed upon terms and an air of arrogance when question about their broken promises. Now, the store manager says that they can only refund 65% of our undelivered product that wasn't ready in the timeframe promised to us. In what world is this considered acceptable? We are now in the process of making a formal complaint to lodge with the ombudsman. Do yourself a favour and avoid these scammers who parade themselves as a "premium furniture brand". Nick Scali, if you are reading this, you should probably call us."
"I recently made a purchase for nearly $10,000 worth of furniture from your store. I had to push delivery back and I was made aware by a very rude message nothing could be done with the couch delivery. I have accepted this and changed delivery address to my parents property as my home is still being built. Today was the day of delivery, I was given a 4 hour window for delivery. As any normal person I am at work as are my parents. I was given 1 minute notice for delivery. As a minimum it would take me 15 minutes to get there. Now I have an $1800 couch sitting on a verandah. I then had to pay for delivery (which I was expecting) over the phone instead of the cash in person. Then the delivery team attempted to charge me 1% for using a card... Not in the slightest bit impressed. I have more furniture due to be delivered to my new address, as you can imagine my confidence of this being done correctly or notice being provided is ZERO! I would not recommend any dealings with this company!"
"Worse company I have ever had the misfortune to purchase a product from, sales team okay but getting your purchase delivered is a joke. Have changed date twice even after I spoke with them, because I missed one of the 60 messages I get per day. If a date is agreed they have no right to changed this. Will never purchase from them again, even Fantastic furniture have after sales customer service better then them"
"Hi..I love my new 2.5 seater electric sofa. The salesman was so helpful as I came back a couple of times..but I am a little disappointed as I have to put a cushion under my legs as the reclining part just doesn't come high enough..my legs sort of hang..I bought this sofa S I have a lot of arthritis..but have to put a cushion under my legs to raise them straight out from sofa. Was a bit surprised as I have been to a friend's who have an electric recliner and it lifted much higher. I can't afford to change this sofa as it cost $2000 from my deceased Dads estate..but..yes..a little disappointed."
