"1 star too much, Terrible service from this joke of a store, This would be now the 2nd experience, and the last. Entered the store today to purchase Nintendo Joycons, as I approached the Game Section an employee (turned face) walked away from me as they saw I needed assistance, waited multiple minutes before another rude (manager?) asked me if I was being served. Before I even got a chance to look through the store at other items, they pushed me through to the front counters and out the door that fast they forgot to ACTIVATE the gift card I also Purchased, thanks for the free piece of scrap paper? totally rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful behavior from floor, to counter."

"We were after a washing machine & heat pump dryer, I had already researched online & we were very happy with the service that was received in-store; we were greeted straightaway, questions we had were answered & the whole transaction process, including organising delivery was very fluid. The delivery also went very well as the old washing machine was taken away & the new one installed & the dryer placed where we wanted it to be. Highly recommend."
