"The Technology staff either knew nothing or worse, their manager was less than useless. Ask a question and get a formulated answer out of a book. Not willing to actually look into a need the only answer is "I assume it would be ok and there would be no delay, I've heard of none" Just wasn't willing to look into it at all. POOR POOR form guys. Remember customers paying for goods makes the profit that pays wages. Customer Service yeah right."

"Terrible service. Order with Click & Collect ready in 2 hours. Got there & advised waiting through app. Nothing happened. After 15 minutes phoned & was told would be out asked what was order. Another 15 minutes still nothing. Contacted again. Another 10 minutes nothing so called out to staff member walking past my car. He was wonderful found my order very quickly & all good. Have mobility issues so didn't want to go into store. Sitting right outside in Collect area would have seen aged female."

"I recently purchased a fridge from Harvey Norman and was very disappointed in the whole experience. Unfortunately the staff spoke badly about other members of their staff in front of us and after paying for delivery and set up cost the delivery arrived early (which was great) but the delivery people were so small that one literally jumped from the truck onto the big box to make it tilt back onto the trolley. Though I can’t blame him because he physically couldn’t have lifted it. Unfortunately they couldn’t bring it up the stairs and while answering their boss (who called multiple times) they were told to stop *******wasting their time and just say it can’t be done. They said their insurance wouldn’t cover any injuries if they took it up the stairs on the trolley. They then offered to take it back to the shop which would be useless so they eventually agreed to leave it outside down stairs. After they left it took 1 man and 2 teens to lift it on a proper trolley. All I could think was why the hell did I pay so much delivery fee for nothing. I recommend not wasting your time or money. Go somewhere else."

"Haven't been to this store for quite a while, so decided to try them again for another purchase. Very accommodating sales staff , items were in stock , store is very well merchandised and a great place for browsing as well. Will certainly come back again. Highly recommended."
