"Have to compliment limelight on the amazing cinema and wonderful staff. Giving 4 stars not 5 because the $22 beef nachos had the tiniest sprinkle of beef on it (like I had to search for the meat) but otherwise the food was still nice enough. Will be my go to cinimas from here on in"

"My son and I have been to both Gold Class and the standard Cinema a few times now. All experiences have been amazing. Even when really busy the service was outstanding. Especially today, in Gold Class Hannah went over and beyond to makesure we would had the perfect experience. It's nice to have clean, comfortable cinemas in the area with great staff."

"The gold class experience here is horrible. My partner and I booked a late night session at 2115 to see “The flash”. The initial counter interactions were not friendly and inviting at all. The staff member who served made us feel like we were more of a nuisance than patrons. My partner and I then had to work out which gold class cinema we were seated in. When we walked into the cinema it was dark and the cinema had not been cleaned… it was in an absolutely disgusting state. We couldn’t even sit in our seats because there was plates, cups and popcorn from a previous session. Because we had ordered drinks, i then went back to the counter to tell the staff member that we were moving seats due to the cinema not being cleaned, this was only a minute before the movie started… it appeared as though the staff member was trying to make excuses as to why the cinema had not been cleaned yet and told us to wait outside and wait for someone to clean the cinema… My partner and I ended up just going back in after a period of time as the film had already started. The cinema wasn’t cleaned at all during the film and we had to sit in filth. Absolutely disgusting for a gold class experience…"

"First time at limelight cinema and was a bit disappointed. Arrived in cinema to someone else in our prepurchased seats. It turns out our seating was behind a half wall which obscured the view of the screen quite badly for my daughter and myself (see photo). Add to that the noisy row behind us and the volume of the movie being a bit low in volume during the dialogue scenes … I wont be rushing back."

"Just went to one of their Girls night out events in Gold class and was thoroughly impressed. The tickets were SUPER cheap and included a champagne and a 3-course meal which was delicious and themed to the movie we watched. The staff were all really friendly and the cinema was clean, comfy and didn’t smell musty like some cinemas do. I will definitely be keeping my eye out for any more upcoming Girls night out events."
