"OUTSTANDING SERVICE - I attended OFFICE WORKS today with the intention of buying office related items and to print off a 40 page document which is now executed via a customer DIY system. An employee named Callum recognised that I’m technically challenged and consequently & very politely took the time to assist me loading credit onto the printing card & taught me how print the lengthy document which will be very handy to know ongoing. The staff at the front exit register we’re also helpful, competent and polite. 5 x ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Today thanks."
"Gone are the days when you received good, polite and friendly customer service at OW. I was standing in line to pay for my items and was called and served by a rude Indian man who works at OW. This was the entire conversation (add arrogant tone). Him: “Next waiting”. When I approached his counter not a hi, nothing. Instead he asked “are you paying by card” Me: “yes” Him: “Do you want a receipt?” Me: “No” Him: “Do you have Flybys” Me: “yes” When I was going to pay he said “Hold your card under the machine” Once I paid I collected my items and came. Not a thank you. Not a have a good day. Nothing. It was not busy at all. I was the only person there. Officeworks management it’s time to teach your staff some manners and decency. Invest in customer service training."
