"The customer service was poor. We purchased chairs and waited for delivery. When nothing arrived on the date indicated (10 weeks later) and no communication, we stopped by and were given a new date. We called after this date past (another 6 weeks) and left messages and logged a customer service query for which we received no responses. We called a week later only to be told that the units purchased were no longer available. 20 weeks after the purchase date, we have nothing. They have offered to refund the purchase."

"Absolutely disappointing experience! When I express interest on purchasing, they can email me, they can give me a call, they are ready to help me anytime, they can also call me after work. But you can never get any response after you pay. One of their sales, placed the order for me over the phone, but when I checked my order on their website, the information on the order is ALL WRONG. Wrong address, wrong phone number and even wrong person! I emailed this sales person but I never got response. So I went to this showroom, their staff, a girl, told me they could help me and they would email me back the order and invoice with correct information. Another months past and I haven't get anything back yet. Compared with service before sales, it is disappointing."

"The service we had when Jarrod was around was excellent, he was swift and efficient with getting back to our enquiries. We had engaged in their interior design services and had purchased $100k worth of products looking to spend more for the soft furnishings etc. However, since he has left, the team has been unable to provide us any service of sort. Was always promised a phone call the following day, which never happened. We placed our order in December and was advised it'll be coming in early July. We are approaching June and We are yet to received an update. After calling up over three consecutive days, we still have not received an update, we still dont have a new assigned person for the order, and was advised by the consultant today that they had clients that had spent $600k and received the same level of service. Clearly the team does not value the money that is currently being poured into this organisation, not only disappointing but shameful. I would have given it 1 star however, could not discredit the level of service we received from Jarred."

"I bought a marble coffee table from coco republic in Feb 2023. However, the table was not packed properly during transit, which has caused significant damage to its surface. The marble is full of cracks, and the colors are nothing like the distinct contrast of dark red and white that I had seen in the showroom. Instead, the table's surface appears to be light brown, with no discernible contrast between the two colors. What is most disconcerting is that when I visited the warehouse sale a few weeks ago, I saw two Veneta coffee tables that were on clearance. They were in the same condition as the one I received, with poor polishing, cracks everywhere, and the surface colors completely off. Yet, they were sold for only $1,000. I paid a premium of $5,000 for a product that is not worth the price. I wrote an email asking for a refund cos the product is nothing like they advertised. But the customer service team only offered to give me a 900 dollar discount. I refused their offer and want the table to be taken away and refund, as I don’t have confidence in their quantity control. The customer service representative, Daniel, promised to give me a call back but never did. I wrote two emails after, no reply. I am disappointed that Coco Republic has delivered a product that does not live up to its reputation and price tag. And the customer service is none- existent!"

Ive been to other furniture shops yet coco republic gives a reasonable price. The designs are also quite unique.."
