"My wife and I didn’t buy a sofa in the end but Robert could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I thought I’d comment how good the customer service was and how high a quality all the furniture was after reading a couple of mean spirited reviews. I guess some people just have nothing nice to say which in my experience is more a reflection on them than this store and their staff. Hope to do more furniture shopping here in future. "I just received delivery of my new Marri dining table and am incredibly impressed! Not only is the table absolutely stunning, the delivery men were very good. Because the table is so solid, they brought the pieces in separately, laid a rug on the floor, and literally attached the legs to the table top in front of me. They were very careful to put stoppers on the base of the legs so my floor boards wouldn't get scratched. Overall a great experience! Thanks Sofa & Soul."
