Went up to them asking for a shoes, she just replied its just online not available in store. Yesterday I went to Novo spencer outlet, they were amazing and nice staff. "I WAS a regular here until my experience yesterday (29/07/20) at around 4.30pm. Usually when I shop here the customer service is superb. But I have never been so disrespected like yesterday in my entire life. When I walked into the shop the person working there threw her hand in the air and very loudly exclaimed "are you serious?!"
