"If there was an option to give 0 stars I would the experience I received from the staff today was appalling and I would not recommend coming here instead another Kmart store. I had asked a staff member to assist me in getting a trolley and was flat out refused help, it seemed the staff were too busy talking to help their customers. I have had many poor interactions with this store and find that along with the poor customer service the store presentation is disorganised and there is never staff on register resulting in long line for self service. I say this again I do not recommend coming to this store at all, avoid at all costs and take your shopping elsewhere."
"This store is an absolute knock off! Lazy staff! The shelves are always bare with a few open boxes. Stock amount never matches what’s online. What is the point of me checking if you have something online if you never have it in store? Or it’s deemed a safety hazard because someone opened a box? Absolutely not good enough!"

"Don't waste your time and money doing online buying from this store. Kmart cxd my order for no reason in one week after everything was paid for and confirmation to pick up. Just as I was going on Saturday morning then bam they cxd my order. Normally they give 14 days to pick up or it gets cxd. And now they only gave me $20 back and still owing me the balance. Everytime I speak to a customer service agent they keep telling me 5 days and again 5 days. 2 weeks and they haven't given my refund in full but they cxd my order in one week. This is rubbish behaviour. Don't support this branch you will regret it."
