"Worst customer service! I went into the store to buy a pair of jeans. I loved the jeans I bought years ago so I wanted a new pair that was the exact same. Anyways, I asked the employee and she got me the same and the size I wanted. I wasn't able to try it on because I had toddler with me that was becoming restless. I was happy leaving the store. Then with the same week, I decided to wear it to go out. I tired it and it fit well as it was my size. However, I realised there was a sawing fault on the side of the front zip where it literally had not been sowed halfway (couldn't tell unless you tried it on). I took it back within that week and I had the receipt and the tag was still on. I asked for the same pair and size. One of the employees that was serving me took it and she was fine. However the other employee with short black stylish hair (who seemed to be the manager) was very rude and told me ' I wouldn't seel faulty jeans to you' with attitude. I was shocked! She was hesitant to return it. I just said ' why on earth would I came back to return it and ask for the same pair. Made me feel like I had done something wrong. Never again going into that store again! BTW I used to work in retail and never have a made a customer feel degrading no matter what!"
