"If i could give them no stars i would! I have never had my sister treated this way before. The service is sooo bad, had to take my loved one elsewhere. The management is awful, you bring issues to their attention and they just don’t treat you respectfully or listen or address your concerns fully. There is a lady there in management, name starts with a C, i won’t write her whole name. Her attitude leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this organisation to anyone who truly cares for and wants the best for their loved one."

"All I can say is horrible service. I had a family member whose practitioners were unprofessional and untrained and didn't even know how to find issues with my family member. They were no help at all. My family worked with Chony? and was very unprofessional and the plan took too long to arrive. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!"
