"I find the receptionist at the front , Donna, very rude and reluctant to help with anything at all. Due to her lack of care I called Campbelltown Mall who were a lot more helpful."
"I always been self critical, I did arrive late. Appointment being at 5:30 and arrived at 5:40pm at the dentist reception desk at the back. I should have arrive earlier. This being said. Made my way to reception at the front, waited for the kind receptionist to finish her phone call before she directed me further back to the dentist part of the medical centre. When I arrive, the dentist had already left. Being told that the dentist left couple minutes prior. I know I arrive late but not to wait 10minutes after appointment, Not to make a phone call, or text message reconfirming my attendance before dentist leaving is frustrating. Very disappointed with the lack of correspondence, poor form and low standards. Would not recommend."
"In all visits to this medical centre over the years I have found both Drs and the receptionists to be amqzing. The receptionists greet you as you arrive, always kind, helpful, will do everything they can to get you in to see the Dr and they acknowledge you when you leave. Thanks team for the laughs while I wait."
