"My mother had an ultrasound and technician was rude and unprofessional. My mother is elderly and needed help moving around and the technician was so put out having to help me sit up and stand up. Was blunt and rough throughout examination. Should not be in the profession!!!! Front desk blamed me for being late to the appointment but when mother produced the card they had given her with the appointment time, no apology that mum was right and they had it wrong. They had made a big deal of it in front of the entire waiting room of people which was embarrassing. Overall horrible experience and won’t be going back. Avoid if you can especially if you are elderly and need some empathy and assistance."

"My husband had a nuclear scan today. Could not fault anything from today's experience. Caring staff and a nice cup of tea for me as a visitor."

"I went for my thyroid scan which was good BUT after I came home the nurse was calling and asking me questions she should've called my Doctor about who is more qualified to answer her questions than me. Very unprofessional"
