"Dana Genlot was absolutely fantastic ,despite only giving her 3 weeks notice before we had our holiday. Dana suggested a tour group " G Adventure" which was a small group and we had great fun. The guide for our tour ( Marlee ) was the bees knees and bent over backwards to make things happen.. "My wife and I would like to personally thank Taryn Skinner for all that she has done for us since we started using Flight Centre as our preferred travel agency. Taryn has become more than a person sitting across the desk, she is now one of our many cherished friends due to the actions that she carries out to meet our needs. Taryn listens to want we want, and been retired oldies that can be a bit exasperating sometimes, but she delivers. Many times I have received e-mails late in the evening from Taryn, directing us to a new cruise or event that we were on the lookout for. She doesn’t just work 9 to 5. She takes her work home. I normally have to admonish her for doing work and not looking after the family, but her reply is that she is looking after the larger family. If Taryn is doing that for us, how many other clients is she doing it for. Taryn is certainly a wonderful asset to Flight Centre, a great role model for her team members, always cheerful and friendly. It has been our pleasure and honour to be assisted by Taryn. "I attended Flight Centre Campbelltown for the first time today. I was immediately greeted by Emily and then proceeded to make a holiday booking. The shop was ultra busy at that time but Emily and the other sales consultants in the shop worked as a cohesive team answering calls and attending to clients. In no time at all Emily completed my booking and I was on my way. Overall I consider todays visit to Flight Centre's shopfront a very pleasant experience.
