"I booked on behalf of our family. We required two 1 bedroom apartments and one 3 bedroom apartment. Booking online was straightforward. When we arrived the checkin process was taken care of by Madylynn at reception; we were at the start of "checkin rush hour" she was thorough and courteous especially since our group was arriving at various times and days. We thought both of our one bed apartments had walkin showers as (we) have difficulty in stepping into a tub shower. After discussing the issue with both Madylynn and Nick they were most attentive and willing to find a quick solution. The 3 bedroom apartment is a great option for families with small children, teenagers, adults or several couples. The cleaning staff were all cheery and considerate. Our family were all impressed with the facilities and would highly recommend Punthill Norwest for your next stay in the Baulkham Hills area."

"Punthill at flinders definitely have the advantage of location. We stayed here for over 2 weeks and had quite a good discounted room rate. Overall we were satisfied with our staying experience, but also would like to point out a few things that need improvement. Top the list is the wifi connection. Their network is an open network with no password no login no security!! Which I really think needs to be upgraded immediately! And the connection was lousy! We raised it to the reception but of course they can't offer any solution. We had to use our mobile data connection which is really pricey for us especially we're staying for 2 weeks. We couldn't stream to watch anything from the room. Next is the disposal of rubbish and trash. We had room service twice a week, but we'd like to dispose trash daily, but have no idea where to dispose them. we have asked the reception and housekeeping, and the various suggestions just didn't work. There was a day we had to pass the rubbish to the staff at front desk. Suggest to have a place either at every floor for rubbish disposal, which should include separation of the recyclable."
